Not really, but it seems for the next three weeks I’m going to be making my way to and from Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Until a new chef is found that is.
It’s a whole other world in there. A HUGE kitchen. Way bigger than the I work in and have stepped into in school. I can actually sit in the mixing bowl!
Learning a whole other menu and setting up such a huge kitchen on my own without the help of my head chef is really learning experience, but a tough one. I’m a bit intimidated, yet I’m not afraid. Just, starting to figure it out and so far so good.
