Valentine is around the corner and I know a few who’ve been a little afraid to try something new in their Valentine dinner dishes. Especially when it’s a meal that consists of using fruits in the ingredients for a reduction, but here’s one neat recipe that has caught my attention, and I must say, it was delicious. Hope you’ve not been too upset with me, but my recipes are slowly being updated. I have three to go, and a fourth of which is NOT mine, but one that I just had to try and make for my own to push myself out of comfort zone.
